me too...started pre-op diet today...still freaking out on the inside

I too am a side sleeper. At night I sleep with compression underwear on to help with the "stomach gonna fall out feeling" ya get when sleep on ya side

Better but I can still feel food move through my stomach. Maybe I'm just being over sensitive lol.

I feel strange today...so either im not getting enough water or protein one or the other ...I'll figure it out before end of day tho.

Just a FYI.. because I've read all the things and no one has ever said this so.
For the first few days when you put liquid or food in your stomach . It hurts and you can feel it. Other than that things are great
