  1. I had mines done on Aug 2. I am definitely starting to feel myself again. I am eating fish, eggs and ground Turkey and rotisserie chicken. I also just started eating vegetables last week with my meals. 3 oz of Protien with 1 oz of vegetables. I’m still adjusting but have no regrets.
  2. I know everyone’s Bariatric surgeon’s practice is different. I was able to eat eggs and baked fish two days after surgery. I couldn’t really stomach to much at first maybe 1 to 2 ounces. I was definitely a bit nervous but my surgeon wanted me to start semi soft solids ASAP for protein in take along with the shakes. I need to get 90 grams daily. I am almost 3 weeks out and can eat about 3 ounces a serving. I can’t even finish a whole egg. lol.
  3. I just got my VGS on 8/2. ??
