I may win the "award" for longest plateau. I have been at the same place, down 55 lbs. and holding, for almost two years. I just moved back to LA area and had my first fill after 18 months! I am so pleased to be back in the game. Unfortunately I have learned well how maintain the status quo, and need to stimulate my body, metabolism and motivation back into active loss mode. It is so scary to ask for more, to believe I can achieve 100%. It is so hard to ask for help, but that is what I am doing now. LindaMac

Hi, I would like to connect with any Burbank area Bandsters for support group, hikes, etc. I was banded in Everett WA and lost 55 lbs the first year. Then I moved to NC for 18 months to care for aging parents, and neglected self-care, never got a fill there, and just stayed the same. Now I have moved back to SoCal and need to find a support group and fill doctor or NP so I can "restart" my program for healthier living! My hound dog Molly and I like to walk, hike, kayak, and enjoy nature. I love to read, hear live music, see plays and movies, and play scrabble. Linda
