    Hey cellphone man, I too am in Pa and I have bc/bs ppo....and I too did the sixth month visits to the dr. I actually gained over the 6 months. The insurance approved me and I knew with in two days. That was the easiest part. Don't know if this will help you or not. But that was me... Good luck to you.
