hi everyone i was banded on 30 04 07 at perth australia weighing in at a unhealthy 145kgs my surgeon was a dr watson he fist put me on optifast for two weeks before surgery lost 5 kgs but since lapbanded have lost a further 25kgs still get sharp shoulder pains if i eat too much plus the dreaded burps but otherwise feel great that to me is very good because i feel more confident to go out to the front door and say good morning world yes there is still alot more weight to lose but able to feel more positive each day is a great feeling too well thats me for now frank
