  2. I really need this surgery. But my gp has not been able to track my weight ever, cause his scale doesn't go past 300. Psychiatrist has been watching for 4 months though, and has it documented. I have access to be able to pay cash if medicare won't pay. If I'm paying cash, will things go faster, smoother? What I mean is, will I still have to have all the comorbitities and perfect mental health... I have bipolar. Anyone? Please reply. Thanks.:thumbup:
