    The chocolate and chocolate are great when cold. They can be purchased in 4 packs a Wal-Mart for under $5.00. When I was younger I drank 5 of these a day for 4 months and lost 83 lbs but after divorce gained it all back. I am using the EAS CARBO CONTROL now waiting for 6 weeks for the VSG. These drinks are very good. Besides the nutrients I am listing they have many vitamins. Calories 110 Calories from Fat Total Fat 3g Cholesterol 20mg Sodium 280mg Potassium 540mg Total Carbohydrate 4g Dietary Fiber 2g Sugars 0g Protein 17g Wish me good results, Mike :thumbup:
