  1. Hi thank you for replying to my question about BMI requirements. I appreciate everyone's response. I am going to an orientation in Pasadena in a few weeks. I'll find out if it turns out to be a possibilty for me, and if it isn't I have more solutions to follow for weight loss. Every path to weight loss is a life style change, but the hard part is keeping life on track with the change. **** happens and a bowl of ice cream looks and feels way better than running three miles. A milk shake after a hard day at work feels better than changing my clothes at a gym. So on it goes... It is in the mind, actions follow the thoughts I guess. I'm about 5' 9" and I weigh 220. I don't know I guess I am depressed and crazy. I need to get out of this funk. The FDA did approve lap band use from 30 BMI and up but I was just trying to get a feel in Cumberland if that was acceptable or not acceptable. Thank you so much, That's vanity
  2. My BMI is 31 will I qualify for a lapmand or should I not waste my time?
