  1. I finally found out how to do it. Click on anyone's ticker and it'll take you to the ticker web site. Then you have to create an account and your ticker. Once you do that- copy and paste the bb code to your signature under your profile. good luck.
  2. Walk, walk, walk! They put a lot of air in your abdomen to do the surgery and it takes several days to go away. I called it the bloat! But it will go away. When you're laying down-try lying on your left side and pull your knees as close to your chest as you can get them. Hang in there- it gets better. The worst thing you could do is just lay around- move around because it helps start to move the air out.
