First 2 Weeks

:P Well I did it. It took me months of soul searching worry and research to get to the point of saying to Dr Russell....LET'S DO THIS!!!

I remember waking up the morning after and just feeling this huge feeling of excitement. I was on my way to a healthier and happier me and I just knew I'd done the right thing. I was very surprised at the lack of pain I felt. I mean it was a bit uncomfortable if I moved the wrong way or tried to do something too fast but really it was relatively painfree.

The only downside so far is the fluids but I know I'm on the days countdown to puree heaven lol

I started this weighing in at 136.2kg and on day 9 it's 128.4kg. :biggrin1:

Rome has it's first brick....
