I am going to have my lapband surgery tomorrow and I am very nervous but I am also excited to start this new weight loss journey. I am tired of being over weight and depressed...:thumbup:

Dont be nervous. Its not bad at all. I wasnt in much pain and didnt take any pain meds. Takes just a few days to feel like yourself again. Nothing to be nervous about.

Thank you for the well wishes. Surgery really did go well and I really didn't need to many pain meds. I feel really happy I did this..
