21 Days Post OP

I am 21 days Post Op from my sleeve operation and I weighed in this morning at 238 down from 269 pre op. Down 31 lbs. I am so happy. Just makes me wanna work harder on correct eating and excercise. I am moving along well!!! It feels really good!!!!! :cursing:

First Blog Entry - 13 Days post Op

This will be my first post to this blog or any other blog. I am 13 days post op from gastric sleeve surgery and feeling pretty good. I have already progressed to solid foods and doing well. I am not doing very well about measuring the amount of food that I am taking in and I have paid for it with a sore belly.   I am down 30 lbs already and it is feels good to get into my pants easier.   I did this surgery not only for my weight but for health reasons. I have had high blood pressure since iwas 19 years old and I was borderlie diabetic.   More posts to come.
