    Sorry you had such a jerk of a social worker, make sure you tell your doctor so they don't send people to him anymore. And you don't ever have to go back to him even if you have an appointment scheduled and even if your doctor recommended him, you can cancel that appointment and tell your doctor you don't want to see that social worker again. The doctors, and that social worker, work for you. You are paying them. I am having my surgery on Wednesday this week, I'm very excited.
