    I had my surgery on July 10, 2023 and so far so good! I have been able to rejoin my Saturday walking group an do 3.2 miles with no wheezing or asthma issues! Looking forward to my next visit with the Surgeon post-op and hope to be cleared for water exercises water aerobics and swimming will just have to adjust my meal schedule to have protein before the workout so no cramps or spasms while in progress! Have a wonderful day everyone!
