So I can be around longer for my children and be around for my future grandchildren. I also wanted to be healthy and not short of breath all the time. I was 349lbs in March 2021 and started my gastric sleeve journey May 14 (342lbs) and I’m 271 and about to have surgery Nov 15. I’m so excited!!

Hey peeps,

This is my first time here and I am excited to announce that my wife and I are both having the VSG on November 8th!

We are having it in Columbia, Mo with Dr. Nicole Spencer. We are both beyond excited for our new outlook on life!

Update: I heard back from the surgery coordinator and they have submitted the prior authorization with a weight that has a BMI of about 43, so I'm cleared to lose weight again! Yay! Now, if only I hadn't bought that tub of ice cream...
