I love chicken pad Thai so much, but I haven't had it in months. I used to eat a full order in a sitting at least once a week. Last night i asked if they could replace the rice noodles with bean sprouts and ate 1/4th of an order (about 1 cup). My husband's full order is included for comparison. It was amazing!

I couldn't help but laugh because your post says you're going to see a "barbaric" therapist! ? I assume you meant bariatric therapist. It's kinda funny.
That being said, I found when I was eating 800 calories/day that it was too little and my weight stalled so I stay around 1200 calories to continue losing weight.
My nutritionist never set a calorie goal, just protein, water, and reasonable number of carbs and portion sizes.

Hey I’m scheduled for bypass November 23rd. Anyone else that same time frame? I’d like to build a group if anyone is interested in going through this as a team?
