  2. Hi, I was sleeved in 2014. My high weight was 311, I got down to 165 and now I am 205. BMI is 32. I started to take progesterone for perimenopause two years ago and I have been gaining since then. My sleeve has stretched out a lot in five years. Does anyone know what the requirements are for surgeons and insurance companies to get overstitch? I can't find anything online, it is so vague. Ideally I would like to be at 175-180. Anything under that and I look gaunt. I have tried the pouch test and keto and monitoring my calories and protein but nothing really helps. I'm afraid the further I get into menopause the worse this is going to get. Thanks in advance.
