bjoh79 reacted to FluffySaysForkIt! in STALL :(Yes, they do for sure. Don't let it freak you out- it is totally normal.
It is your body adjusting to rapid weightloss. Expect and try to accept stalls as part of your process. (It's hard, I know!) It means you have lost enough weight that your body is taking a pause, but it is not a stopping place.
When stalls do happen double check to make sure you are doing the basics like tracking calories, getting enough macros and water in etc. If those things are all on point, try to relax and know that this too shall pass... and you will be moving that scale number lower again before you know it.

bjoh79 reacted to Darktowerdream in Help Avoid Night Time EatingGet carbs only from vegetables if you are at that stage, any amount of processed or simple carbs or hidden sugar can increase hunger. Complex carbs in my nutrition manual are for weight maintenance.
Try a protein snack at night and that should also reduce the hunger and amount you snack at nigh.
