  1. Yes, me. I'm 45lbs down too. I lost 16lbs on my 2 week preop so I count it! Because Lord knows I wouldn't have kept it off without surgery. I have been able to eat pretty much anything since surgery. I use MFP to track my food. I also workout regularly with lots of strength training. Being almost 6 months out now I'm nervous the weight loss is going to sloooowww even more. I will say I haven't had any serious stalls yet.
  2. Thank you Sophie and Shanza! Yes, I'm feeling much better. It is very cold in Maine. Only 3 degrees this morning. I'm very excited for onderland. I'm always worrying because I feel I've always been able to eat a good amount even with surgery. I do workout in some form daily either at the gym or a walk if time is tight. I'm trying to trust the process
  3. Hi all! New here! Had surgery 12/10/18. Still trying to figure it all out and have an unhealthy obsession with comparing my progress to others :(.
