I am a 49-year-old female. I have been overweight my entire life.  I have tried many diets and everything else under the sun to lose weight.  I had a heart attack in January 2014. I am a diabetic that has hypertension, high cholesterol, GERD, and sleep apnea.  Last week I found out that I am in stage 2 Kidney Disease. If I do not lose this weight, I am going to die. I just had my 3rd meeting with Behavioral Health and my 4th with my Nutritionist.  I cannot find a support group in my area. The ones I did find are too far, because I do not drive. Don't know which surgery the gastric bypass because of all my health problems or the sleeve. all i know is that I NEED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!
