Ditto to what @@ProjectMe said. I am 5 weeks post op and somedays are better than others. Begin the habit of going outside to get a breath of fresh air. Whether its cold or sunny - it will do you some good. I've learned that it helps me clear my head of the negative crap I tend to think about. You got it! Kick that blah feeling outta there! yes @@Essence46 I have experienced the same thing about two weeks ago. chicken wings are my favs as well. My first serving was baked hot wings and I had two and it wasnt the best thing to do. My tummy hurt for about an hour. The skin wasnt pulled off the first one and with the marinated oil on the wings it didnt sit well in my tummy. We all live and learn. Just chalk that one up to the "lost" game. You will be fine lady! We have all experienced some pain with this journey. Happy Holidays everyone.
