How much has everyone lost? I’ve lost 19 lbs in 22 days and am feeling great. No more huffing and puffing around. I have tons of energy and am starting to feel attractive again. What are some positives everyone else is noticing?

I just figured out how to reply ??. Wooo hooo for boobies lol! I tested positive for sleep apnea before surgery so I’m really hoping I’m not snoring anymore either. Unfortunately my hubby snores louder than me so I’m not sure he would notice if my snoring has stopped.

Wow! Great job! Isn’t the added energy amazing?! I don’t take a nap during the day when my daughter naps any more.

Since surgery on 11/26 (23 days) I've lost 11 lbs. I went through a 2 week stall though, so I try not to think of it post surgery. I started trying to lose weight on 10/17 and since then I've lost 32 lbs - that's 16 lbs a month, which I'm ecstatic about!
Biggest change I've noticed is that hygiene is easier (I have an autoimmune condition that gives me a lot of back inflammation, but changing my diet has helped that tremendously) - I can twist easier. Majorly life changing. Also, even drained from surgery, I notice more energy when I'm running errands AND - I have more energy to clean my house! It actually feels fun/rewarding now instead of feeling painful and like a chore ?

Approx 16 lbs in 23 days. My husband told me I don't snore anymore! And my boobs are sticking out father than my gut!

I was told a meal should last 30 minutes - after 30 minutes, stop eating

Is anyone seriously taking 30-45 min a meal to eat?

PSA ALL... Don't take vitamin on empty stomach lol why I did this today I do not know... but I threw up all over my daughters school as a result #MORTIFIED!! A trip to old navy and a Gatorade zero later and I am feeling much better!
On the plus side I brought an XL top and it fits and a little loose! lol Have a great weekend all!
