Today is New Year's Eve 2013. Today I was told to request my medical records be sent to my intended surgeon and we go from there. My bariatric counselor will go over my records and then decide on a plan including nutritionist and psych evaluation.

Hoping this to be a quick and smoothe process. More info as I know it but here is hoping for a healthy life-style change for 2014.
