  1. I received a call for surgery date!!!

    So i recieved a call to schedule my surgery date.... I was definately excited about getting sleeved, but now im starting to feel like i am going to fail. I have HORIBBLE eating habits i LOVE sweets & midnight snacking my fiancee isnt helping me out so much. I need help i dont want to start off feeling like im going to fail. I guess I need some advice etc...
