Abraham Krikhely, Assistant Professor of Surgery
Dr. Krikhely obtained his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine, where he also stayed for his residency training in General Surgery. He then went on to complete additional fellowship training in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center. He is board certified in general surgery. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons, ASMBS (American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery) and SAGES (Society of American Endoscopic and Gastrointestinal Surgeons). He has published in his field and has presented at national and international meetings. He works as an integral part of the bariatrics team to provide optimal care to bariatrics patients. He additionally performs a variety of advanced laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
