David Geller, M.D.

Dr. David Geller is a bariatric and weight loss surgeon located in and affiliated with DuPont Surgery Center. Dr. Geller has 16 years of experience performing Lap-Band and other weight loss surgery. Currently 31 of our members have Dr. Geller listed as their Lap Band Surgeon.

Dr. David Geller joined the Norton Bariatric program in 2001 and performs surgery at Norton Suburban Hospital and Dupont surgery center. He served his residency in Cleveland, Ohio, and Grand Rapids, Michigan, training with some of the countries most experiend weight loss surgeons. Since 2001, he has dedicated his practice to bariatric surgery. Over the last several years, he has dedicated his practice to the advanced laparoscopic techniques where now just about 100% of his surgeries are performed using this method. He performs the Realize and LAP-BAND surgery, laparoscopic gastric bypass and laparoscopic revision surgery and is proud to be offering the NEWEST option in weight loss surgery; vertical sleeve gastrectomy. He is the only surgeon at Norton Suburban Hospital who currently performs laparoscopic revision surgery and has been performing Lap-Band since 2003, having completed over 1500 primary bariatric procedures.
