David C. Dyslin, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. David Dyslin is a bariatric and weight loss surgeon located in and affiliated with Methodist Mansfield Medical Center. Dr. Dyslin has 31 years of experience performing Lap-Band and other weight loss surgery. Currently 21 of our members have Dr. Dyslin listed as their Lap Band Surgeon.

David Dyslin, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a bariatric surgeon and a partner of Arlington Surgical Association, P.A.  He received his medical degree at Tulane University and has completed his surgical residency training at the University of Texas San Antonio.  He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

 

Dr. Dyslin has a passion for minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery since entering private practice and has continued to maintain state of the art surgical practices through on going post graduate study.  At the center of Dr. Dyslin’s practice is the need to help his patients return quickly to fuller and healthier lives, particularly through bariatric surgery.

 

When not providing patient care, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and his college age son and daughter. He also enjoys the outdoors, fishing on the Texas coast, shooting sports and medical missions to Central America through his church.
