    Hiya and welcome. The pre op diet is a stinker isnt it. What do you need to do for 14 days ? Every doc has a different formula. The second week is easier than the first but you will be so happy when you get to your surgery date and the first process is over. My only advice is, be very kind to yourself, have plenty of time to heal and dont rush things. Good luck

    Hello, surgery day in 7days 2/28/22! Super nervous and also excited! Finishing up my 2wk pre-op diet this week which is hell!! But, any advice?
