    I meet my surgeon today! I only have two more items to check off my checklist and then hopefully my approval visit.

    Yes, I read that too and found it to have a lot of good info. I am in the middle of my 6 month pre-surgery preparation and testing. Hope to have surgery by June.

    if you're sticking to your program, then it's just a stall. Most of us have them periodically during out weight loss journey (the first one is usually within the first month for most of us , in fact). Just stick to the plan and stay off the scale if you need to. They usually break in 1-3 weeks.
