    Your weight loss depends on a lot of factors including your pre-op weight. The less you have to lose the slower the weight will come off. Also, you had a revision and revisions tend to lose slower. That doesn't mean it's not going to come off, it'll just likely come off a lot slower than you would like. Also, you may still have some fluid from your surgery. From my own experience it took about 10 days to get rid of that fluid so give yourself a few more days and I'm sure you'll drop a few more pounds.
