I admit it I am having a mental battle with Protein Powder, actually shakes as well. If I mix a shake to drink I literally want to throw up ( I actually have) I can stomach some premier but I know I'm supposed to drink 4 a day. I am 10 weeks post op sleeve, doing well except for feeling hungry and tired most days. Also had a vicious UTI last week. ER said I was dehydrated. I'm down 45lbs I'm struggling.
