That's basically what I'm using now. But only the chocolate and vanilla. I absolutely hated the fruit flavors... to each their own!

So far I really like OWYN ("Only What You Need"), except the chocolate flavor is disgusting. And it's 35g plant Protein in 355 ml (12 oz), and it is still palatable at room temperature, given that I'm going to be sip-sip-sipping on it for an hour or two.

Premier Protein is... just okay. (I hear the cafe latte flavor is good but it's also caffeinated which makes it a no-go).

What else should I audition?

I'm not planning to buy a ton of any one thing, knowing (from y'all!) that my tastes are likely to change post-op.

Fair life Core power strawberry banana is good. So is Unjury strawberry powder. They both really surprised me.

I like the strawberry banana too. I didn’t think I would because I usually don’t like fruity shakes, but it’s really tasty.

I've tried the Equate, Muscle Milk, Premier, and the Pure Protein ones. By far, and I mean a lot, the Pure Protein chocolate Peanut Butter shake is my favorite. That flavor tastes like low-fat milk, with just a dash of chocolate and peanut butter. It's so much lighter than the other shakes.
