I found mine at Target, not to expensive. When I was doing my pre-OP, I didn't like them that much but now post-OP they are pretty good I mix them with a lot of things.

Hi there,

Thanks for asking. Overall, I'm doing ok. Tomorrow, Tuesday is my One Month mark. Crazy! A lot happens and changes in one month.

I will post a one month update tomorrow.

Hello my surgery date was actually changed to April 14th so a week earlier but everything went great. Shocked at how fast im healing and no complications so far thankfully. How about you?

That's awesome! I'm happy for you ! I've lost 25lbs so far but the weight loss has stopped for a couple days

I own a business and kind of forced to start working before most people. I was feeling pretty good after 5/6 days. but to keep up with the pressure of 8 hour days, not sure about that. there were moments i just stopped supervising and needed a rest. It is super important to let the body heal.
