I’m scheduled for 2/15, have my pre-op physical this morning and start my pre-op diet this coming Friday. To say my anxiety is increasing a bit is an understatement.

I just took my COVID test in preparation for my surgery tomorrow. I am first on the schedule.

Thank you! I have one more day of liquids including Protein Shakes and Soup and then the 24 hours prior just Water. Today the preop diet was much more manageable. I still need to take before pictures and pack. I'm excited and trying to keep fear of the unknown down. I overthink and overplan and this forum has helped me not thinking I'm crazy 🙃

I was an a liquid diet for two weeks before surgery he said to shrink the liver So I did it an loss 10 pounds in those two weeks
