Get the Renpho scale from Amazon. It's awesome! Best of luck to you!!
My scale arrived today, and it's really cool. Thanks again for the suggestion. If anyone is looking for a scale, this one is on sale AND has a $10 off coupon right now on Amazon. It cost me about $18.

One question... Is your Water % in what you'd consider a normal range for the amount you drink? Mine seems to hover around 27% which is low, but I drink SO. MUCH. WATER. Like yesterday I had over a gallon (I am still pre-op) throughout the day, and that is pretty typical. Wonder if it's because the surrounding air is so dry here (my indoor humidity gauge has ranged from 1 - yes, 1 - to 12%) I simply cannot choke down any more water LOL... Makes me concerned about hydration post-op. I'll be doing nothing but drinking all day.

My water is 51% and when I click on it it says that the normal range is 45-60. I don't know if there's a correlation to how much water we drink though? It says it's blood and lymph fluids, etc. I wish I had a better answer for you!

Right, that's why I'm surprised mine seems to be between 26-27% with the amount of Water I consume. Maybe I'll try for 2 gallons today 😳 and see what that does.

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
