So thankful for this surgery

I had bypass surgery 9 days ago and already down 16 lbs!!!! I'm so glad I did this. Was this just a lucky week for me or can I expect to lose this much weight each week for the first couple of months?

nope - it's going to slow down. People typically lose the most within the first month. And often the first couple of weeks, since many of us have our first major stall the 3rd or 4th week post-surgery.

Hi, I had my surgery 7 days ago and am down 10lbs already. I agree I am thankful for this surgery as well, but I know it will also require hard work. Good luck!
