Has anyone had a long weightloss stall? I'm talking months. It's been since January since I've lost any weight. Idk doesn't seem normal to me. I'm 6 months out and i thought i was still in the honeymoon phase.

I'm hitting my 6 months out as well and have been at a stall for about a month and a half! I'm also eating around 1200 calories a day so that could be it. I have no problem eating 1200 calories so maybe I need to lower my calories a bit? I have a phone appointment with my nutritionist next week and going to discuss!

Stalls typically last 1-3 weeks. If yours has been going on for months, you're probably in maintenance. You'll probably have to lower your calories or increase your exercise (or both) to get things moving again.

Agreed! Its been hard to exercise under quarantine - I've been able to walk every day but I think I definitely need to lower my calories a bit. I can easily eat up to 1500 calories 6 months out with things like dates, dark chocolate, and almonds which add up quick.

Ok thanks! This is definitely hard to figure out when you think you're doing everything right but the weight just isn't coming off. Not eating enough or eating too much.

To much intake vs what you are outaking! Swiitch it up

Lower calories

Fasting will help

More exercise

That is not a stall you have leveled out - to long for a stall

I endured an 11 month stall. I tried lowering calorie intake, carb intake, increased cardio workouts and nothing seemed to work. I was told about intermittent fasting, I tried it and my stall had finally broken.

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
