We are surgery twins! Also had surgery 11/15/19..I have hit a couple plateaus along the way but I’m still continuing to lose, just maybe not as fast as I thought I would. I lost 22 lbs in the first month after surgery but that has slowed down since then. My surgeon says I should expect to lose about 10 lbs a month from now on...just hang in there! And keep following the plan

We should! Because hit that wall of bricks with weight loss 🤦 and idk what to do to push through it for my body to get past it. #losersclubmember

I had surgery 11 dec 2019 so just coming up to 4wks post op. Lost 13lb in first two weeks now not lost anything in last week and half. Feel like I am failing so frustrating.

do a search on the "three week stall". Happens to almost everyone. Stick to your plan and the stall will eventually break. I promise.

I know how you feel. The first 2 weeks I lost a lot... And then nothing 😭. But hang in there !! You got this!!
