First time eating an egg... I woke so excited to eat an egg after sooooo long..... so i ate not even the whole egg but everything went down well...then decided to drink my 1 Vitamin after 20mins I was vomiting the whole vitamin🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️.... so now I need some guidance.... Something I did wrong....what should I do first ..

Welcome to the egg club lol! I had one Tuesday night, got down almost 3/4ths of it.

I think you drank the Vitamin too quickly after eating and your stomach was still full. Not supposed to drink anything for 30 mins after eating.

a lot of people have problems with eggs when they're early out. And most are eventually able to eat them. Just hold off for awhile and try again...

a lot of people have problems with eggs when they're early out. And most are eventually able to eat them. Just hold off for awhile and try again...

You can make egg drop Soup, boil your broth and drop a raw egg in that's been scrambled
