Well I guess it depends on what your surgeon calls for on your preop diet. Mine is Protein Shake for 2 meals and 3rd meal is a lean cuisine or weight watchers dinner. And carrots & celery for snack. I start next Friday on Oct 4 since my surgery is the 14th. Good luck to you as well and congratulations 😊

I like you pre-op diet. Mine is totally 5 meals a day that are liquid. It consists of -1 pkg carnation Breakfast light, 8 oz skim milk, and 1/2 scoop Protein Powder. for 14 days before and 6 days after.
