Hey everyone! Im kinda freaking out. I feel like i havent lost enough weight. I know all bodies are different but estimating how much should we be losing after 2 months?? I hope im on the right path!

45 seems amazing! With my 1 week pre-op diet I lost 43. I think you are doing great!

I’ve seen this used. I seem to be right where I should be. Everyone is different, every surgery is different but as a rough guide it might help. What surgery did you have? The Get~2~Goal app is research driven and tracks your progress compared to thousands of others but its meant for Gastric Bypass.

45 lbs is a lot. I'd lost 28 lbs by the end of month 2, and I started out heavier than you.
