Could be a number of things..are you following your program? Having any complications? New medications or added back and you were taking prior to surgery? Logging all your meals? Some people experience a stall every now and then..it could just be a fluke.

Sorry I can’t give you an answer but hopefully in reviewing the questions above you maybe able to figure it out.

Best wishes.

I don't think it's an age thing. There are plenty of us "seniors" on here that are losing weight. Make sure you are fowling the guidelines your bariatric team gave you and track everything you eat or drink. I use My Fitness Pal but there are others out there to use. Good luck!

I had my surgery when I was 58, so I doubt that's it. Do you take any medications that cause weight gain?

Eat Protein first no more than 4 oz, veggies second you should be full and no drinking with meals or 30 min. before or after. Get a Fitbit and track everything you eat on MyFitnessPal. That includes what you cook them in. If you like chicken a Rotessori chicken packed in 4 oz packets make an easy dinner, then you just have to do the veggie. If you follow the plan you should lose.

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
