enjoy it while it lasts - hunger comes back for the vast majority of us, and then it gets a lot more challenging to stick to the plan. My hunger came back after about five months. It varies - anywhere from a couple of months up to a year or so out. There are a few lucky souls whose hunger never comes back, but for most of us, it eventually does...

I'm not hungry per se, but I'm so conditioned to eat when my family eats that I do it out of habit (albeit teeny amounts in comparison). If I were home alone all day I could see myself easily forgetting lunch... which is hilarious to me.

Consider yourself lucky as hell, I came out of surgery hungry!!! I had surgery on 5/13 and on 5/20 was allowed to begin soft foods and let me tell you there is definitely restriction on how much I can eat but I am eating 5 times a day and I am always hungry not so much in the mornings but moving throughout the day definitely hungry but I am walking 3 to 4 miles per day so doctor said normal due to exercising.. So, enjoy your lack or hunger as long as you are not doing harm to yourself. Good luck and keep us posted..

I am seldom hungry, and the fact I have frequent emesis does not make me enthusiastic to eat. My morning wake-me-up-gotta put something in there Breakfast? One scoop Protein Powder, some frozen fruit medley from Wal-Mart, no melon there---I LOATH MELON Almond milk to cover and whirled,i n my Nutribullet. Comes out a cross between milk shake and soft- serve ice cream in consistency. Figure I will eat a little now, put the pour-lid on, refrigerate the rest for later. Even if it melts down liquid that's still pretty Okay. 🍶😝👍

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
