Hey Krestel! From what I have heard, I believe that the nurse will give you an injection, before the surgery, that should help prevent blood clots. Regardless of that, however, I will pray for you!

Yeah, I kniw that, but both my mom and sister died from them. so...scared beyond belief. Only the anesthesia and heart is a very far off second and there im pretty much ok.

My surgery is tomorrow 5/13/19. Today I'm supposedly only drinking clear liquid and the shakes. But I feel so hungry, I'm fighting over not to take a bite. What should I do? Please help. Any suggestions?

You have come to far to “take a bit “. I’m not sure if you had. 2 week liquid diet like most, but stay strong don’t give in to temptation. This is Day 4 for me and with it being a holiday I know temptations is everywhere. But guess what that’s never going to change so hold on you can do it....
