Fish oil omega-3 soft capsules

What do people think about taking fish oil capsules; contains Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA & DHA?

After watching a medical documentary about the benefits I've started taking them as I do not eat enough fish at the moment.

Paid $15 for 200 capsules @ 1500mg each

Since my bypass I take CorOmega brand fish oil cream in little pouches. My physician prescribed fish oil capsules years ago, but since bypass tgey are too large to swallow. Coromega tastes like a creamsicle with no fishy burps or aftertaste.

I take the Sans Club brand of the Mega Red Krill Oil. They are small gel caps.
