I never had an super high blood pressure, even at my heaviest 450+lbs I was at about 130-140 maybe maximum 150 on a bad day but now although I am still quite fat (320lbs) my blood pressure is barely above 100...
Last three days it goes from 96-98 the high one and about 55 the low one.
Of course I am dizzy during the day, I try to drink Water as much as possible but I do usually the 2l minimum I cannot say my diet is salt free and it’s getting me a bit worried saying if it is already that low how will it be when I get to 250lbs for example?
I will see my endocrinologist next week and I have an appointment with my surgeon at the end of the month, but until then I seek your wisdom :)

Mine hasn't been that low, which sounds too low, but mine definitely got lower as I started losing weight and I had to quit taking my blood pressure medicine and my surgeon also said to add some salt into my diet.

Mine has been running low also. I'm 2 1/2 post. I've stopped taking my blood pressure meds for now. I'm keeping records of it until I go to my regular doctor in a few weeks. I go to my surgeon this coming week. I go back to work then too so it may change.

Have a great Wednesday too! Sorry you're hungry all the time, I'm pretty much the same..and I'm sick of eating the same food all the time.

Well, tomorrow I go in for an impromptu hiatal hernia repair after ending up in the ER over the weekend because I couldn't get food down and water was moving at a trickle... I've been having these symptoms on and off for a few weeks but Sunday was the worst by far and came with chest pain and trouble breathing. The ER PA thinks it is just esophagitis and that the surgeon and radiologist are wrong. But the bariatric surgeon swears it is a hernia, possibly a sliding one based on my symptoms. So he fit me into his schedule this week to repair it! I hope he's right and this sorts it out. He's going to do a scope afterwards to be sure there is nothing wrong with the esophagus. Here's hoping it all goes well!!

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!
