You’ve lost 20 pounds in less then a month!!!! That’s pretty good!

There is an app call Get~2~Goal You put in your weight, type of surgery & some other info. It shows you where you should be at.

20 pounds in three weeks is a huge rate and it doesn’t stay that fast forever believe that. It’s not a sprint. Just enjoy the journey for what it is.

Congratulations and keep up the good work!

I just had my PCP confirm, I have lost 25 pounds since early last month, maybe the PICC line did slow down my weight loss!

It's been over a month since my surgery and I have only lost 12 pounds, have lost nothing in the last two weeks... actually I gained a couple pounds. I think you're doing well.

I had my surgery 2/26/19 and I’m down 21 lbs so it seems that’s pretty typical. I notice my clothes are baggy and thighs are shedding fat fast. Definitely see it in my face well. Happy losing!

Girl you are rocking it!! I’m on day 6 of liquid diet and down 11lbs. Surgery is the 25th. I hope I drop 20lbs as fast as you. I also started 40lbs heavier.

Having gall bladder surgery in a few days and I so hope the recovery is easier than the one from the modified DS! I could use a bit of luck/pep talk for a change. I'm starting to be able to walk around without experiencing dizziness, but it would be great if the random pain in my chest and abdomen would go away!!

      Today was rough...
I've been experiencing a headache all day today that just won't go away. I'm thinking it's now progressing into a migraine. Does anyone else get headaches from taking vitamin B12? I did some research and learned that usually a lack of B12 causes headaches. But I've noticed when I take it, I have reoccurring headaches. 😫
