You have just hit a plateau. Keep going and you WILL lose that last few pounds. It is always the last half stone that is the hardest to lose .... persevere and it will happen. The last few stubborn pounds will disappear ..... Guaranteed !!! You have done so well - you should be really proud of yourself !!!

Those pics were from 2 months ago I have since passed my goal weight! It feels great!
