I had vsg. I have been to multiple doctors and they have run tons of tests. They say it could just be my bodies way of reacting to the surgery. With 4 school age kids to run around everywhere it takes its toll on you not feeling good.

What’s the best Multivitamin for post op when you need 200% of daily dose. I have Celebrate brand but that would be 4 tablets a day and there is sugar in them. Just wondering what others have found.

I've always taken Centrum or the generic equivalent (Walgreens and CVS both have generic equivalents of it). In the early months I took the chewable form, then I switched over to the regular tablet. To get 200%, you take two a day. I take one in the morning and one in the evening.
