We still rinse and dry fry until very dry, but that takes literally 5 minutes. Then we use with sauce or in soup! Score!!!! So dang good. I'm ordering more this week!

The texture on these is so much better. The oat Fiber adds a softer, almost zero crunch chew! It's also very good for you. They are both soluble fiber and help you gut microbiome and health! Soluble fiber also helps improve your cholesterol ratios in favor of the good cholesterol! So it's really healthy.

I would just caution, that you need to be healed from surgery first and be able to get your Protein in--cuz they are filling. Your bowels also need to be moving well. And you need to remember to eat slowly, small bites, and to chew very well!

I have no problemos digesting them and I've had an RNY.

Can you buy these in a grocery store?

Not at the moment but there are many other brands that should be for sale locally.

I feel like I'm something of a Shirataki savant. I've tried dang near every major brand both online and in the grocery. Nasoya is the most popular brand in regular markets. Most often it's the one mix with tofu. And that has the best texture, but since I don't eat soy, it's a no go for me.

Of all, the Zeroodles have the least smell, and greatest texture! I do rinse like cray, dry fry in a pan, and then season them well with either sauce or my spices/or dish. I don't just add a pat of butter and eat them. I've no idea what they would taste like. I love that they are mixed with oat fiber to up the probiotic/prebiotic nutrition. So they are awesome for gut health and since it's soluble fiber (konjac + oat fiber = soluble fibers) they are really good for cholesterol too!

(I think it was either 2 or 3 days. Can't exactly remember, but it was way faster than Netrition or vitacost orders. I was floored it got here so quickly!)

Any one tried these? A friend recommended them and says they have no smell at all and take on whatever taste you pair them with. I want to give them a try! Hardly, any calories or carbs!

I eat Shirataki noodles sometimes and my fiancée has a monthly subscription. He eats them with everything, but I only find them nice if they’re rinsed and sautéed in an Asian recipe. I find them too much like rice noodles to use as spaghetti, so I stick to Chinese or Vietnamese recipes.< /p>
